Where are sessions held?

Services are offered via secure telehealth sessions online.

What issues can we work on together?

Clients receive support with a wide range of needs, including anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and more. Every journey is unique — our work will be tailored to your goals.

What can I expect at the first session?

The first session is a time for us to get to know each other. We’ll review your intake forms, talk about your goals, and begin planning a personalized approach to your care. There’s no pressure — it's okay if you’re not sure where to start!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! Clients are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is extremely important. Everything you share is confidential, except in specific situations required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court orders, mandated reporting).
